Notice of Proposed Zoning Amendments

The Town of Mansfield Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed and decided to set a public hearing on January 7, 2026 to consider testimony and comments on proposed amendments to the Zoning Code, Title 18 Mansfield Municipal Code. The proposed amendments to Chapter 18.10 Mansfield Municipal Zoning Definitions to add a defintition for storage containers and Chapter 18.50 District Use Chart add storage containers as a listed use and prohibiting placement in all zoning districts.
The comment period on the proposed amendments end on December 31, 2025 and a public hearing has been scheduled for January 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Town Hall. Comments must be submitted to the Town of Mansfield at: PO Box 218, Mansfield, Washington 98830.
