Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the Town of Mansfield current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. Water payments are due on the 10th of each month by 3:30PM. 

In Town Residential - Monthly base rate $30.50 with a 40,000 gallon monthly usage, 3/4" meter

Out of Town Residential - Monthly base rate $36.30 with a 40,000 gallon monthly usage, 3/4" meter

In Town Commercial - Montly base rate $30.50 with a 40,000 gallon monthly usage, 3/4" meter

Out of Town Commercial - Monthly base rate $62.91 with a 40,000 gallon monthly usage, 3/4" meter

2" Meter - Monthly base rate of $188.05 with a 198,000 monthly usage

Excess Water Charges - $0.59/1000 gallons

Late Fee/NSF - $35.00

Door Knocker Fee - $50.00

On Hours Shut-Off/On Fee - $25.00

Off Hours Shut-Off/On Fee - $50.00
